Pellet mill has some features as follow:
1. The ring die used high chrome alloy steel forgings,throughing ncryption processing,with application of vacuum heat treatment process.So it has high smooth finish and long useful life;
2. The principal axis is forged byalloy steel with good strength and toughness;
3. Cast steel hollow shafting and the super larged leathe belt form flywheel effection and it can let the pellet mill work smooth,low noise,and vibration small;
4. The stainless feeder,conditioner and pelletmill door.The independent set-cutter structure used Insert film structure,with the features such as durable and easy to maintenance and replacement;
5. Using double-modulator,and the modulator with electric heating and steam heating interlayer, and fully ensure that the material degree of maturation;
6. The shell fixed with bolts chassis,and easy to assembly,disassembly and maintenance;
7. Operating,through lubricate the pipeline can make the roller get good lubrication at any time;
